Honey Nut Cheerios with 2% milk or skim. I have been eating this every morning for 3 weeks and have lost 7lbs.

its a good idea to eat complex carbs for breakfast they will give you energy throughout the day and they kepp you fuller for longer. its also a good idea to have some protien. if your not a chicken fan early in the morning egg whites wouldn’y be a bad substitute. I suggest some oatmeal or cream of weat or grits. depending upon what you like. throw in some eggs and toast and a glass of some fruit juice and you got a balanced healthy breakfast.

Oats or Cereals. As these are rich in Fibre they provide muchh needed energy, and you do not feel hungry for a long time. Oats also helps reduce Cholestrol.

Low fat yogurt, toast with a dab of low fat peanutbutter, bagel with LF cream cheese. Fruit, dried fruit and granola bars. But not all at the same time…lol :)

I always get a granola bar and i eat grapes, strawberries and bananas and a water bottle then i head to work. I usually pig out or shall i say eat a nice big dinner. lol

i also just eat 1 bowl of grapenuts or any cereal i will eat because it doesn’t matter that much so long as it is one bowl lol.

You won’t lose 7 lbs. in 3 weeks from eating Honey Nut Cheerios with 2% milk, UNLESS your previous breakfasts were high in fat and calories - then maybe. Some other good choices are a piece of fruit (or fruit cup) with string cheese, or yogurt and fruit. Half of a whole wheat bagel with one egg and a piece of cheese on top. Flavored rice cakes with peanut butter on it, banana or apple with peanut butter. If you think you won’t be full enough, just bring a lite snack for later in the morning (fruit, yogurt, raisins, rice cakes, string cheese, fruit cup).

Healthy breakfast ideas…

-Wholegrain cereal (buy cereal with at least 10 g of total fibre per 100 g of cereal) served with reduced-fat milk
-fresh or canned fruit
-low-fat yoghurt
-water as the preferred drink
-Wholemeal, wholegrain, fruit or hi-fibre white toast or crumpets served with: a glass of reduced fat milk or cheese on the toast
-piece of fruit
-Porridge made with reduced fat milk and topped with fruit
-Smoothies made of blended reduced-fat milk, fruit and low-fat yoghurt
-Wholemeal pancakes served with stewed fruit and low-fat yoghurt.
