Would you consider this a healthy daily diet for a 13 year old girl?

Breakfast: 1/2 an apple
small banana
clementine in sections
(all mixed together in a fruit salad)
with about a cup- cup 1/2 of 1% milk

Lunch: ham, salami, and cheese on wheat bread with lettuce and tomato.
and about a cup of baby carrot sticks
-with water
Snack:
1/2 cup of pretzel sticks
Dinner: 8oz grilled chicken ****** cutlet
cup of brown rice
salad
with unsweetened iced tea (1-1 1/2 cups)
— plus she is constantly drinking water throughout the day, about 6 bottles.
Is this a healthy diet?

I don’t think that I would recommend the same thing every day. It sounds pretty good though, as long as you, or she is taking a good multi vitamin as well. It’s also good for your body to have a high fat day every once in a while, to keep it guessing, and your metabolism going.
that is very healthy! my only suggestion is to maybe switch out salami for turkey since salmi can be high in fat.
