What foods would a healthy diet consist of?

I’m 20 years old, and 260 lbs
. I’m working on figuring out an exercise routine, but I also realize I need to have a healthy diet.
I’m 20 years old, and 260 lbs
Should I be counting calories? If so, how many should I be having per day, if I want to lose weight?
What vitamins should I be taking care to eat? What kind of foods might I find those in, and what’s a good serving size?
If you could give me some general pointers, as well as some actual examples, I would *really* appreciate it

Yes count calories and also study your portion control. Eat 3-6 small balanced healthy meals a day. Workout for about 20-60 mins a day. Not really sure about vitamins, hopefully someone else answers that for you.
