What are some healthy food choices for a university freshmen? ?
Harley Quinn. asked:
I’m a undergraduate freshmen studying pre-medicine. I am always studying and I am always STRESSED OUT. I’m trying to change my diet to a healthier one. For example, starting tomorrow I will only drink water instead of diet Pepsi (I never drink water).

What are some good breakfast choices?
What are some healthy snacks for me to eat while I’m studying?
Is water helpful? Should I drink anything else? (i don’t want any energy drinks).
thanks.

Hello, it is commonly acknowledged that fad diets are useless for permanent weight loss. I suggest that you take a trip to its a fantastic place with great free, sound advice. I worked off 8 pounds in five weeks by taking their advice
Breakfast- eggs, fruit, low sugar cereal, wheat toast, granola bars
Lunch- salad, grilled chicken wraps, sandwiches, soup
Dinner- pretty much any lean meat w/ veggies, rice, fish
Snacks- any fruit, granola bars, nuts
Beverages- water is great, also real fruit juice, skim milk, and unsweetened iced tea
