If I eat a healthy diet and do 25 minutes exercise 5 times a week how much weight should I lose per week?

by healthy diet I mean oatabix for breakfast with a cup of weak tea, for lunch baked potato no butter with baked beans and a boiled egg, for dinner protein with vegetables or salad, no salad dressing.

I’m also on mood stabilisers which tend to slow my metabolism down.

my stats are 5 ft 8, 14st 7lb, 92.1kg, BMI 30.4. Age 27.

You’ll lose too much too fast with that diet. You need to eat a lot more food, find your bmr + how much you burn from exercise, then only go 500 below to lose fat. idk your stats, but you should only try to lose 1-2 lbs per week. 6 meals, water over everything, protein with every meal.
