How much can a healthy diet improve preformance?
Conner asked:
I am a Long distance runner I am up to about 6.5miles 4-5 days a week and i have noticed how eating say…a fast food burger or drinking a energy drink can REALLY make you want to stop or maybe throw up in the middle of a run.
The question is If I were to change my eat whatever i feel like diet to a for the most part Healthy diet how much do you think this would improve my preformance just guessing.

Performance would increase.
Since you are a runner, you will want to still eat a similar amount of calories of “healthy” food. That often will feel like a whole lot more food. I promise that you will at least feel better. I started eating whole foods and I just started feeling better inside.
