Healthy choices?

healthy choices
Robocop asked:

I;ve noticed that in every school, you’re forced to listen to the same rantings, “Make healthy choices!” We just watched Super Size me,and the teacher expected us to be scared into making healthy choices. Why do they always do that? Because honestly everytime they tell you how unhealthy something is, I realize how hungry I am.
Basicly, im just asking why do they care

Im sure they dont care 100% but if they can put the wind up a few people who would otherwise eat maccas & sit on their ***** all day, time well spent. Obviously you dont need to take their advice.
Now Im hungry, fancy kfc….

They care because of the obesity rate. (4 out of 10 adults will be obese in five years. 59 MILLION people are obese right now!) I am in high school and I see people just filling their bodies with junk. Kids do need this push to see that they need to be healthier. Even if your skinny because you have a fast metabolism but you eat junk food it doesn’t mean your healthy. You should listen to your teachers. It’s not that hard to be healthy- I’m a teenager, I know! I love junk food just like everyone else but you have to eat it in moderation. So, that’s why they care. Hope I helped! :-)
