can sum1 please suggest me a good and healthy diet chart for Ramadan?

i gained weight from the last 2 yrs, n now i wanna shed them off. so please sum1 help me suggesting a good protein diet with low carbs. i want to reduce by quite a lot this Ramadan and also stay healthy.

When eating in the morning, you should eat a healthy breakfast that will make you full. Such as, Oatmeal, stew with bread. When Eating at sundown, Eat rice and vegetables. You can have meat too. Just make sure you don’t have outside food. A home cooked meal is what makes you healthy. Don’t starve yourself. Ramadan is about being thankful for the food we have.
